PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a blower that allows a bathroom and the like to have dry atmosphere easily and can be mounted on a wall with facilitated installation. SOLUTION: In a wind tunnel 5 constituted in an insertable manner through a through hole 4 provided in the wall 1 of a bathroom and the like, a blower 6 forming the air flow from the indoor side to the outdoor side is incorporated, and the front of the wind tunnel 5 is provided with a box body 15. Inside the box body 15, there is provided a circulating blower 16 defining a series of air duct 20 with two opening ends 18 and 19 facing to the front of the box body 15 and forming the air flow heading from one opening end 18 toward the other opening end 19 in the air duct 20. The air duct 20 at the downstream side from the circulating blower 16 is provided with a far infrared radiation heater 17 heating the inside of a room, and the rear face of the box body 15 is provided with an air duct structure 22 opening indoors at both sides and communicating with the wind tunnel 5 on the rear face.
