COLD TRAP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold trap capable of improving drastically a deposit rate of products in an impure gas. SOLUTION: This cold trap comprises a trap body having a trap portion adapted to condense/absorb the gas in a vacuum condition or products contained in the gas, and a cylindrical closed type container to envelope/contain the trap body. The trap body is formed with a finned tube made of stainless belt material wound spirally around an outer circumference of a stainless steel pipe. The finned tube is wound in a coil shape to be placed at the center inside the container body.
