PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight solid door having the sense of quality, the sense of weight and the sense of high class in an immaculate material and to provide the lightweight solid door capable of being recycled as a lightweight particle board manufacturing material only by removing metal fittings when it is disused. SOLUTION: The lightweight particle board within a range of specific gravity having 0.3 to 0.6 is used for a core, an injection/hardening treatment of a polyurethane resin is applied to a fitting mounting site such as a hinge of a door, a door knob or the like in the core and, at the same time, the lightweight solid door is so constituted of a two-faced surface board and an edge member of a butt end are constituted of a ligneous material or a paper material.
