PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maisonette dwelling unit allowing easy insolation and sunshine adjustment of a living room in a lower floor by freely moving a floor material of an upper floor in the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: This maisonette dwelling unit 1 having an open ceiling is provided with a support member 13a in a predetermined position of a beam 15 and the floor material of the upper floor 1b supported by the support member 13a moves freely in the longitudinal direction along the support member 13a.
