PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic valve control device capable of maintaining excellent exhaust characteristics even when carrying out an operation to suspend an intake valve, in an internal combustion engine equipped with plural electromagnetic drive type air intake valves. SOLUTION: When an internal combustion engine provided with two intake air valves I1, I2 in its single cylinder is in an operating mode to suspend the operation of one intake air valve, the intake air valve to be suspended is switched for every one combustion cycle. Thereby, fuel is prevented from staying in the vicinity of the intake air valve to be suspended, and excellent exhaust characteristics can be maintained after the internal combustion engine moves to all valve-operating mode.
