PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin-based resin composition capable of giving a molded product having good extrusion moldability and an excellent surface appearance, even when a cellulosic material in a large amount is added to the composition. SOLUTION: This polyolefin-based resin composition is compounded from (A) a polyolefin in an amount of 80-20 pts.wt., (B) the cellulosic material in an amount of 20-80 pts.wt., (C) a modified polyolefin in an amount of 0.5-5 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the total amount of the components (A) and (B), and (D) a methacrylic acid copolymer of general formula (1) (R is a 1-10C hydrocarbon residue; m is an integer of 100-1,000; and n is a integer of 100-1,000) in an amount of 1-20 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the component (B).
