PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail matter which is mailed by attaching a mouse pad. SOLUTION: The mail matter is characterized by providing a mailable mount 10 and the mouse pad 20 releasably stuck on the mount and provided with sticking properties on a body to be stuck even after it is peeled off from the mount. On one face of the mount, a frame 11 for writing a postal code is provided and a laminate layer 13 for releasably sticking the mouse pad is provided on the other face and the mouse pad is provided with a mat medium printed layer formed on the top face of a transparent base part, a printed layer formed on the underside of the base part, a white ground layer formed under the printed layer and an attached material provided below the white ground layer and with sticking properties and releasing properties and the whole thickness of the mouse pad is formed into 0.1-0.2 mm.
