PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a connector on a connecting line for electrically connecting a front panel side to a case side. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment system comprises a case fitted in an instrument panel opening in a vehicle, a plurality of pieces of module-side electronic equipment housed in the case, and a front panel 40 including pieces of panel-side electronic equipment 42 and 43. The module-side electronic equipment and the panel-side electronic equipment are connected by a connecting line 71 for communication to establish communication of a control signal. Power supply to the module-side electronic equipment is via a module-side power source path 62 connected to a power supply line 61 connected to a vehicle battery 60. Power supply to the panel-side electronic equipment is via a panel- side power source path 65, 64, 40a, 49 independent of the module-side power source path and connected to the power supply line connected to the vehicle battery.
