PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight cellular concrete coated panel production process for forming a uniform coating film having good waterproofing performance and good adhesion performance, on a desired area to be coated of the surface of a lightweight cellular concrete panel. SOLUTION: This production process comprises: conditioning the surface of a lightweight cellular concrete panel so as to be in such a dry state that the surface water content is <60%; thereafter, coating an area to be coated of the surface of the panel with an aqueous emulsion resin to form a hydrophilic surface (a); and further coating the hydrophilic surface (a) with a flow coating material by using a flow coater. Thus, a required area to be coated of the surface of the lightweight cellular concrete panel can be coated without requiring any complicated work such as masking, to form a coating film having good peeling resistance and good waterproofing performance on the surface of the lightweight cellular concrete. |
