PURPOSE: A luminous sunting film is provided to safely drive a car and to increase information and advertisement effects by showing a sunting function in the daytime and easily distinguishing the car through various luminous characters, pictures and letters at night. CONSTITUTION: A luminous sunting film includes luminous display layer(130). The luminous display layer, on which information and advertisement contents(131) are printed, is formed on a sunting film(1) adhered on a glass window(11). A luminous display part having the luminous display layer is connected on a sunting part. The sunting part is made in such a manner that a detaching paper, a pigment mixing strong adhesive layer, a transparent film, an ultraviolet ray blocking coating layer and a scratch prevention coating layer are piled up in order. The luminous display part is made in such a manner that the luminous display layer, a strong adhesive layer and a transparent film are piled up in order.
