PURPOSE: A complete combustion induction system for an internal combustion engine is provided to improve the fuel efficiency and output of the engine by inducting the complete combustion of the engine. CONSTITUTION: An inhaled air gathering body includes a plurality of wings(14), which is formed by punching metal plates. The air inhaled into an open filter(200) by the air gathering body collides with the wings(14) and gathers around the center of the open filter(200). Therefore, the complete combustion is induced by solving the vacuum phenomenon occurring at an air intake pipe during the high speed driving and increasing the air amount inhaled into the inside of the engine.
