PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a product strength and dimensional accuracy of a molded product required to a polymer alloy by improving a method for molding without spoiling degree of freedom in a resin composition and a product design of the polymer alloy molded products and, specifically, to enable to apply to thick molded products by simplifying packing to a mold cavity and suppressing troubles such as warp and sink mark generated on the molded product mainly after molding. SOLUTION: This polymer alloy molded product is characterized in that the resin component of the polymer alloy is composed of 50-98 pts.wt. of a crystalline resin component and 2-50 pts.wt. of a polyphenylene ether-based rein component and the molded product is obtained by dissolving or absorbing >=0.2 wt.% of carbon dioxide in the polymer alloy and then packing to the mold cavity. |
