PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive interlining cloth having high adhesive property, causing little bleeding of the adhesive resin even in the case of using a base cloth or front cloth having low fabric weight and keeping the feeling and the quality of the front cloth after bonding. SOLUTION: The adhesive interlining cloth 2 is produced by applying granular thermoplastic adhesive resin 1 to a base cloth 2. Not less than 95% of the applied granular thermoplastic adhesive resin 1 is positioned on the surface part of the interlining base cloth, the number of adhesive resin particles having particle diameter of <=100μm on the surface of the base cloth is >=250 per 1 cm2, the adhesive resin particles having particle diameter of 50-100μm account for >=50% of the total number of the particles, the number of the adhesive resin particles having particle diameter of 100-200μm is <=30% of the total number of particles, the base cloth is subjected to water-repelling and oil- repelling treatment, the fabric weight is 10-40 g/m2 and the melting point of the thermoplastic adhesive resin is 70-120 deg.C.
