PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable gas filling by using the existing filling device as it is and to execute gas filing at a low cost in a simple structure. SOLUTION: A lock means 55 formed by a magnetic body is mounted between a valve opening means storing part 53 and a check valve element opening means 51. The lock means 55 is switched between a locking attitude for limiting the forward and backward movement of the check valve element opening means 51 positioned in a valve opening releasing position X and a lock release attitude M for allowing the forward and backward movement. The check valve element valve opening means 51 is pressed by a valve opening operating means 60 having a lock release means 61. When the check valve element opening means 51 is pressed by the valve opening operating means 60, the lock means 55 is switched from the locking attitude to the lock releasing attitude by magnetic force produced between the lock means 55 and the lock releasing means 61.
