SOLUTION: This bicycle fork 4 comprises an inner plate 5 and an outer plate 6. The outer plate 6 and the inner plate 6 are two independent elements formed of different materials. The inner plate 5 is formed of the more rigid and harder material, and the outer plate 6 is formed of the lighter-weight material.
