PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum packaging device capable of positively sealing an opening part of a bag. SOLUTION: A vacuum packaging device is provided (1) for sealing an opening (BU) of a bag (B) filled with filling material. The device is comprised of a vacuum chamber (28) that can be opened or closed for storing the bag (B), a bag holding means (40) installed in the vacuum chamber (28), a vacuum means (46) for keeping an inner side of the vacuum chamber (28) in a vacuum state through its predetermined location, and a seal means arranged within the vacuum chamber (28) for melting and adhering the opening (BU) of the bag (B). This seal means is comprised of an impulse heater (42) and a heater pressing part (44) opposed against the impulse heater. The impulse heater (42) is provided with a heater wire. The device is further comprised of a temperature sensor contacted with the heater wire, a temperature measured value discriminating means and a signal output control means. |
