PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for a manufacturing a color filter for a liquid crystal display device such that the adhesion strength and adhesion durability of a color photoresist are further improved, fine color pixels can be formed with good accuracy and that the filter is durable for long-term use without causing peeling. SOLUTION: In the washing process just prior to the coating process, an adhesion imparting agent is dropped after washing and then dried. |
