PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid detergent composition for a hard surface, having improved effect of controlling stain adhesion to a hard surface and durability of the effect. SOLUTION: This detergent composition comprises a polymer having (a) a tertiary amino group-containing monomer unit (A) and (b) a surfactant and has pH 2-12 at 20 deg.C.
