PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet which has excellent suitability for high frequency welders, excellent heat resistance on grain-forming treatments and grain- removing tests, and a sufficient strength, and can be substituted by PVC, and to provide a vehicle interior using the same. SOLUTION: This resin sheet obtained by forming a compound comprising an ethylene-alkyl (meth)acrylate-maleic anhydride polymer and filler-containing high density polyethylene.
