POWDER OF FAT-SOLUBLE VITAMIN AND POWDER OF FAT-SOLUBLE VITAMIN DERIVATIVE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a powder of a fat-soluble vitamin and a powder of a fat- soluble vitamin derivative having a high content of the fat-soluble vitamin or its derivative and excellent powdering properties. SOLUTION: The powder of the fat-soluble vitamin and powder of the fat- soluble vitamin derivative are obtained by mixing the fat-soluble vitamin and the fat-soluble vitamin derivative with a partial enzymic hydrolyzate of casein which is a milk protein, emulsifying the resultant mixture, regulating the degree of hydrolysis of the partial enzymic hydrolyzate of the casein to 5-20%, regulating the content of the fat-soluble vitamin and the fat-soluble vitamin derivative to >=70% and drying the emulsion of the fat-soluble vitamin and the fat-soluble vitamin derivative.
