PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable clamp device for a forklift increasing the degree of freedom for arranging a cable and increasing the degree of freedom on a vehicle body layout. SOLUTION: A clamp body 31 inserted with the cable 22 is fixed to a control box 21 by bolts 34. When the bolts 34 are screwed, the lower end face of the cylinder section 40 of the clamp body 31 presses a rubber packing 26 via a packing 45. When the rubber packing 26 is pressed, the rubber packing 26 itself presses the outer periphery of the cable 22 to fix the cable 22 with the rubber packing 26. When a bolt 43 is screwed to the projection 36 of the clamp body 31 via a stop band 42, the cable 22 is fixed by an elastic body 41 and the stop band 42. The cable 22 is reliably fixed by the guide base section of the control box 21.
