PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent oxidation of processing solution by preventing air from being led in a processing system. SOLUTION: The processing solution gets in a low-capacity processing device having a narrow processing channel through a path arranged toward the entrance and the exit of the channel. The solution passes through a path arranged in the center of the channel and goes out from the channel, and film is led to a fixed position in the channel owing to the flow of the solution. By reversing the flow, the quantity of the air involved together with the returning flow is made the smallest.
