PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily operable compact hose feeder/winder. SOLUTION: The hose feeder/winder has a clutch 20 mounted in a drive system between a hose winding drive shaft 18 and a hose reel 13, a brake 21 for braking the hose winding drive shaft 18, and a single operation member 22 for operating them. When the single operation member 22 is operated from the hose reel fixing operation position NP where the clutch 20 is connected and the brake 21 is on to the hose winding operation position LP, the brake 21 is released, and the hose reel 13 is driven to rotate in the hose winding direction by the operation of the hose winding drive shaft 18. When the single operation member 22 is operated to the hose feeding operation position RP, the clutch 20 is disconnected, and the hose reel 13 can be rotated, so a hose 3 can be drawn out.
