摘要 PURPOSE: A method for embodying a distribution call center using an intelligent network and the Internet and a method for providing a civil appeal consultation service using the same are provided to search and connect a counselor optimally corresponding to the request of a user among counselors distributed at a plurality of regions and simultaneously process civil appeals transmitted through a plurality of communication channels. CONSTITUTION: If a user connected to an Internet network requests a distribution call center through a computer, a web server receives a click signal of a counselor connection button, a service ID, and a user number(S110) and requests a distribution call center function to an SCP(Service Control Point) through a PINT(Public Switched Telephone Network/Internet Interworking) server(S120). The SCP receives the distribution call center function, performs an authentication procedure to the user number, and judges whether the distribution call center function is requested(S130). The SCP retrieves an optimum corresponding counselor to the request of the user(S140). The SCP transmits call process association information including an Internet protocol address of a counselor computer and a telephone number of the retrieved counselor to a user computer(S150). The SCP connects the user computer to the counselor on the telephone through a VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol)(S160), and connects the user computer and the user computer on the Internet(S170). The SCP performs the process of civil appeals through the connection(S180).
