<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition which contains a hydraulic composition produced by using waste as a raw material and in which properties with respect to strength exhibition of the hydraulic composition is improved. SOLUTION: This cement composition comprises a hydraulic composition produced by using at least one kind of municipal solid waste incineration ash or sewage sludge incineration ash as a raw material, and a strengthening agent wherein the hydraulic composition contains any one or both of C2S (2CaO.SiO2) and C3S (3CaO.SiO2), 10-25 wt.% C3A (3CaO.Al2O3), 10-20 wt.% C4AF (4CaO.Al2 O3.Fe2O3), a 20-35 wt.% total of C3A and C4AF, <0.1 wt.% chlorine and 1.5-6 wt.% (expressed in terms of SO3) gypsum; and as the strengthening agent, an alkanolamine is used.</p> |
