摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition which consists of a specified engineering resin and glass flakes the more precise control of diameters of which is required, is excellent in dimensional stability, rigidity and appearance, and can sufficiently control the clogging with glass flakes at e.g. the gate of a mold, and pellets made therefrom. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition contains 50-95 pts.wt. composition (A) consisting of a thermoplastic resin (a1) having a glass transition temperature of 130 deg.C or higher and a thermoplastic resin (a2) other than the component (a1) at a weight ratio of component (a1) to component (a2) of (100:0) to (100:100) and 5-50 pts.wt. glass flakes (B), the total of component A and component B being 100 pts.wt., wherein the glass flakes have a mean length by the photographic measurement of 50-200μm and have such a length distribution by the photographic measurement that the flakes contain at most 5 wt.% of those with a length of 350μm or greater and contain substantially no flake with a length of 500μm or greater.
