PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form support fitting capable of reducing the interference with a horizontal reinforcement and the inexpensive and light-weight form support fitting capable of being handled easily. SOLUTION: This portal form support fitting 1 composed of leg parts 16 on both sides and a form receive part 15 is constituted such that a height of the form receive part 15 is set to be substantially equal to a top face of a mat foundation, a central part of the form receive part 15 is formed into a projecting shape, and a horizontal reinforcement avoid part 14 whose lower part is opened is provided. The leg parts 16 and the form receive part 15 may be integrally formed by bending a steel bar.
