PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure with high support strength preventing shrinkage on a surface of a one component and easy loosening of a clip. SOLUTION: In this attaching structure, the clip 5 holding a bearing face 4 formed protrusively from a back surface 2a of the one component 2 is supported by another component to attach the one component 2 to the other component. The bearing face 4 comprises a first face 10 engaged to a one engaging part 6 of the clip 5, a second face 11 engaged to another engaging part 7 and it is formed by bending the first and second faces 10 and 11.
