PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polar group-containing olefin copolymer having excellent adhesiveness to a metal or a polar resin, compatibility with a polar resin, flexibility, etc. SOLUTION: This polar group-containing olefin copolymer comprises constituent units of formulas (1) and (2) (R1 is a 1-18C aliphatic hydrocarbon group; R2 is a hydrocarbon group; R3 is a hetero atom or a hetero atom-containing group; r is 0 or 1; X is a hydroxy group, a carboxylic acid group, a carboxylic acid ester group, an acid anhydride group, an amino group, an amide group, an epoxy group or a mercapto group; p is 1-3; when p is 2 or 3, Xs may be mutually the same or different) and has <10% degree of crystallization obtained by X-ray diffraction.
