PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow thawing fertilizer which substantially eliminates dispersion of a snow thawing agent and can be additionally fertilized without increasing scattering amount of the snow thawing agent per unit area and without entering in a muddy field after thaw. SOLUTION: The snow thawing fertilizer is constituted by containing fertilizer components, porous materials and the snow thawing agent and preferably particulate matter or pelletized matter containing the fertilizer components and porous materials is coated with the snow thawing agent to obtain the snow thawing fertilizer.
