PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a straw-equipped beverage-container, in which a straw is housed previously and which is inexpensive and is convenient to use. SOLUTION: A straw structure is disposed in a container main body, which is formed from a flexible film so as to define a hollow inside and which has a rigid mouth. The straw structure comprises an outer straw and an inner straw. In the outer straw, one end is fixed to the mouth of the container main body and the other end is disposed near and apart from the bottom of the container main body. The inner straw is freely slidably inserted in the outer straw longitudinally. One end of the inner straw sticks out beyond the one end of the outer straw and the mouth of the container main body. The other end of the inner straw sticks out beyond the other end of the outer straw toward the bottom of the container main body. A male thread is formed on an outer periphery of the mouth of the container main body. A cap, which has a projection for accommodating the one end of the inner straw projecting from the mouth, is put on the mouth of the container main body.
