PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler box that enables separation of cool-insulated items from water, formed as a result of melting, according to situation and enables entire efficient cold insulation. SOLUTION: The cooler box 1 has a box-like container 2, which is open at the top and has an accommodating portion inside, a lid 3, an inner can 11, and a tray 21. The inner can 11 is freely detachably disposed in the accommodating portion 2a of the container 2. In the inner can 11, the height is less than the height of the accommodating portion of the container 2a, the top is open and the bottom has holes, and locking hooks 15 are provided on the inner faces of sides. The tray 21 can be accommodated in the inner can 11 from above. In the tray 21, flanges 22, which can be locked on the upper edges of the container 2, are formed around the upper edges, locking holes 25, which can be engaged with the locking members, are made in sides, and holes 23 are made in the bottom.
