PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a cushion material which behaves to fit a product requiring a cushioning effect as if the cushion looks soft to be provided although the cushion to be used for protecting the product in a heavy cylindrical object requires hardness to some degree. SOLUTION: A flat plate is formed with a recess and a protrusion. Two such plates are used as a set to be combined and curved. A fact that if they are joined with such rigidity that a shift occurs their forms can be kept by contact resistance on contact surfaces is utilized.
