PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve quick, safety landing of a helicopter along an approach line by a pilot even in low visibility. SOLUTION: Light emitters 12a, 12b are installed along the approach line 16 to a landing place. The light emitters 12a, 12b have a positioning function with a GPS, and transmit a signal of an installed position to the helicopter 10. The helicopter 10 also has the positioning function with the GPS, and an image displaying the position relation of the helicopter 10 and the approach line 16 is produced based on the received installation position and the present position of the helicopter 10 to present it to the pilot with a monitor.
