PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that tire replacement work takes time and labor and a space for keeping a tire is required because in a severe snowy area, a winter tire is replaced to a summer tire before a snow season and then the winter tire is replaced to the summer tire in a thaw season. SOLUTION: At replacement of the tire, an automobile required to replace the tire is introduced from an entrance of a facility and the tire is replaced at a pit, and the automobile finished with the tire replacement is taken out of an exit of the facility. Then the removed tire to be kept is accommodated and kept in a tire storage facility after conducting a predetermined inspection and maintenance such as for air pressure or the like.
