摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a small encoder disc, while making it easy to achieve the concentricity of the encoder disc, and facilitating its replacement. SOLUTION: A goniometer is equipped with a cylindrical fixed shaft 2; aθ-shaft 3 rotatably supported against the inner periphery of the fixed shaft via bearings 5A and 5B; a 2θ-shaft 4 rotatably supported against the outer periphery of the fixed shaft via bearings 6A and 6B; servomotors 33 and 43 for imparting rotational inputs to the respective worm wheels 32 and 42 of theθ-shaft and the 2θ-shaft; and encoder discs 72 and 74 and detecting portions 62 and 64, for detecting the rotational angles of theθ-shaft and the 2θ-shaft. Aθ-disc 31 and a 2θ-arm 50 as output portions are provided at the respective front ends of theθ-shaft and the 2θ-shaft in an goniometer. The worm wheels 32 and 42 of theθ-shaft and the 2θ-shaft are positioned respectively near theθ-disc and the 2θ-arm which serve as the respective output portions of the shafts, and the encoder discs 72 and 74 are provided at the rear end of the fixed shaft 2. The encoder detecting portions 62 and 64 are provided at the respective rear ends of theθ-shaft and the 2θ-shaft.</p>
