<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock control device that is of an entirely new type in which an electronic lock or the like can be released using a mobile communication terminal such as a cellular phone or a PHS, has high security performance, and hardly operates a door sensor carelessly. SOLUTION: A person in front of a door 150 dials from the mobile communication terminal 2000 to a fixed telephone 100 in a house/building H. A release command signal KS1 and an originator telephone number #2 are transmitted from a public telephone network 400 to a lock control device 1000. A release cipher information number #3 is set and registered in the lock control device 1000. When the originator telephone number #2 received from the public telephone network 400 matches to the set and registered release cipher information number #3 in the lock control device 1000, the door sensor 270 is invalidated via a door sensor control circuit 250, and a release signal KS2 is sent to an electronic lock control circuit 200 to automatically release the electronic lock 300.</p> |
