PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electroconductive member having a slight increase in electric resistance due to continuous turning on of electric current, a small fluctuation range of electric resistance between at low temperature at low humidity and at high temperature at high humidity, suitably useful as a development member and a transcription member in an electrophotographic process. SOLUTION: An electroconductive polymer elastomer or an electroconductive polymer foam material obtained by adding an electroconductive agent to a rubber or a urethane resin is molded into a desired shape, heat-treated and optimized of its electric characteristics to give an electroconductive member having excellent characteristics. |
