SOLUTION: A counter electrode 6 comprises a plurality of electrodes facing respective holes 2, a left deflection electrode 5a and a right deflection electrode 5b are disposed on the opposite sides of a corresponding counter electrode 6, and a plurality of counter deflection electrode units 10 each having a counter electrode 6, a right deflection electrode 5b and a left deflection electrode corresponding to one hole 2 are provided on a counter substrate 13. |
