SOLUTION: By sticking a light shielding member 54 to the surface of the electric circuit board 30 assembled in a camera main body 1, where the semiconductor elements 31 and 32 are flip-chip mounted, the light is surely prevented from being radiated to the elements 31 and 32 flip-chip mounted on the board 30.
