PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spit back preventing structure for a fuel tank, relaxing the force of a fuel flowing back from the fuel tank side via a fuel supply passage after closing a check valve, surely preventing the spit back of the fuel, improving feeding performance and enhancing the degree of freedom in designing the shape of a filler hose without precluding the flow of the fuel from a filler port side to the fuel tank. SOLUTION: The check valve is provided at a connection between the fuel supply passage and the fuel tank and a back flow relaxing valve is provided in the fuel supply passage between the connection and a position where the end of a feeding gun for supplying the fuel from the filler port during fuel supply is located. The back flow relaxing valve allows the flow of the fuel from the filler port to the fuel tank and restricts part of the flow of the fuel from the fuel tank to the filler port.
