PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugated diene-based rubber having a specific composition, a method for producing the conjugated diene-based rubber, an oil-extended rubber and a rubber composition capable of providing a vulcanized rubber having small rolling resistance, excellent in wear resistance, etc., and useful as a tire, etc. SOLUTION: This conjugated diene-based rubber has -60 to 0 deg.C glass transition point, randomly contains an olefinic unsaturated nitrile monomer unit in the molecule chain thereof, comprises 9-30 mass% of the olefinic unsaturated nitrile monomer unit such as acrylonitrile, 10-50 mass% of an aromatic vinyl monomer unit such as styrene and 20-81 mass% of a conjugated diene monomer unit such as 1,3-butadiene as recurring units and has 20-200 Mooney viscosity and the oil-extended rubber comprises 100 pts. mass of the conjugated diene- based rubber and 10-60 pts. mass of an extending oil. The rubber composition comprises a rubber component containing the conjugated diene-based rubber and an inorganic filler such as silica.
