PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally compensated calorimeter of high measuring precision. SOLUTION: In this calorimeter, a heat quantity measuring part coupled thermally to a thermo-element, and the thermo-element are made to serve as one circuit branch of a bridge circuit, the thermo-element is made to serve as resistor, products by resistance values in opposite sides of the bridge circuit constituted of the resistor and resistors are set equally, an input terminal of the bridge circuit is connected to thermal compensation current supplying power source, and an output terminal of the bridge circuit is connected to a detection means for thermo-electric power.
