PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer unit consisting of a transfer roll and a waster toner tank, etc., as to an image forming device to form an image consisting of a fixed toner image on paper and to enhance easiness of replacement of the transfer unit. SOLUTION: In the image forming device, a part in the vicinity of one register roll 23a on the side adjacent to the waste toner tank 33 of a pair of register rolls among guide members to guide the paper along a paper feeding path is constituted as a partial guide member 22a independent of other part of the guide member, the transfer unit 30 on which the transfer roll 31 and the waste toner tank 33 are integrally mounted, replaced is constituted and a pinch roll unit to which one resistor roll (pinch roll) 23a and the partial guide member 22a are integrally mounted and detached is constituted.
