PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the center of rotation of a roller by reducing wear and to drive the roller by a small-sized motor by reducing frictional resistance. SOLUTION: A couple of expansion rollers 26 are formed of a fixed roller 27 and a moving roller 28. The moving roller 28 is provided with bearing parts 37 at both the ends of its rolling surface 28a. Each bearing part 37 is composed of a plurality of rolling bodies 39, a rolling body holding member 40, and a spring 41. The rolling body holding member 40 holds each of the rolling bodies 39 rotatably and the moving roller 28 is supported rotatably around a shaft 40a so that the moving roller 28 moves between a position where it abuts against the fixed roller 27 and an isolation position where it separates. The spring 41 energizes the rolling body holding member 41 so that the moving roller 28 is pressed toward the fixed roller 27. Those rolling bodies 39 are arranged on the opposite side from the fixed roller 27 in the circumferential direction of the moving roller 28 so as to receive the moving roller 28 which repulses the fixed roller 27.
