PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the distances between a scanning position and discharge rollers which are mount feeding members in a mount feeding direction while preventing the contact of the discharge rollers and the mounts with each other before the end of scanning. SOLUTION: The discharge rollers 33a and 33b supported at a shaft 32 exist downward and do not come into contact with the mount 8 during scanning of the mount 8. However, a solenoid 45 is driven after the end of the scanning and the discharge rollers 33a and 33b are risen together with the shaft 32 by means of ring members 43 and 44 and an arm 40, by which the discharge rollers are brought into contact with the mount.
