PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-functioning chemical valve which is actuated by pressure of solvent as subject to control instead of requiring devices for actuation. SOLUTION: Substance is selectively fed to penetrate through high polymer gel 5 of which mesh size is changed by pressure, or water permeability is controlled through the high polymer gel 5 of which mesh size is changed by pressure.
