PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a valve casing from being heated by high temperature gas directly getting in contact with the valve casing due to generation of a gap between parted parts of heat resistant members. SOLUTION: A heat resistant member 5 is parted into the heat resistant members 5a and 5b to be extracted in an axial line direction of a valve element 1. The heat resistant member 5a is composed to be a little larger than width of the valve element 1, and a step part 5c is formed at the parted parts of the heat resistant members 5a and 5b, so that a gasket 8 is prevented from removal. The gasket 8 is, preferably, a circular fine flex resistant to high temperature, and by strongly tightening it, the gap L between the parted parts can be gas-tightly sealed, thereby leak of a high temperature gas flow or back blow can be prevented.
