PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organosilicon compound capable of exhibiting good dispensability even when the organosilicon compound is added to a resin or a rubber and kneaded with an inorganic material and useful as a surfactant, an adhesion improver, a component, etc., of a primer composition. SOLUTION: This organosilicon compound is represented by the general formula 1 (R1 denote a 1-4C monovalent hydrocarbon group; R2 denotes a 2-6C bivalent hydrocarbon group; R3 denotes a 1-6C monovalent hydrocarbon group; R4 denotes a 1-10C bivalent hydrocarbon group; m is 1-10, n is 1-6; and p is 1, 2 or 3, with the proviso that n is 2-6 when R1 is a 1C monovalent hydrocarbon group).
