PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize vitamin B1s in a pharmaceutical preparation and improve disintegrability of a solid pharmaceutical preparation comprising glucosaminoglycans such as chondroitin sulfate. SOLUTION: The vitamin B1s are stabilized by including amino sugars (glucosamine, etc.), in the pharmaceutical preparation comprising the vitamin B1s. The amino sugars are used in an amount effective in stabilizing the vitamin B1s, e.g. >=0.1 pt.wt. based on 1 pt.wt. of the vitamin B1s. When the amino sugars are formulated, the disintegrabilty of the solid pharmaceutical preparation comprising glycosaminoglycans (hyaluronic acid, chondroitin or a salt thereof) can be improved. The amino sugars are used in an amount of >=0.1 pt.wt. based on 1 pt.wt. of the glycosaminoglycans. The solid pharmaceutical preparation is capable of suppressing the formation of gel lumps of the glucosaminoglycans and improving the disintegrability.
